Position: Lithuanian Content Reviewer
Location: Remote, Portugal
Employment type: fixed-term contract (3 months)
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review content (both textual and visual) and conduct the content quality control
- Ensure that the content complies with the guidelines
- Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy
- Approve or disapprove new and changed submissions based on the guidelines
- Review potentially disturbing content with resilience and without bias
- Understand client policies and guidelines, and make objective decisions based on them
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Conduct secondary web research to know what users are searching so that relevant information can be provided
- Perform peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Lithuanian both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes
- Logical/reasoning capabilities, and language skills
- Ability to cope with pressure & explicit content
- Able to identify similarities and differences between various intentions
- Able to deliver performance to achieve and exceed contractual SLA
- Ensuring production quality and target KRAs are met
- Flexibility in working hours based the business requirement
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company/customer policies.
